Kutuzova L. Clinical-functional changes of cardio-vascular system in the patients with juvenil rheumatoid arthritis and thear correction at a sanatorium-resot stage of a rehabilitation.

The dissertation is devoted to research of cardio-vascular system in children with juvenil rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) and to increase of efficiency of its treatment at a sanatorium stage of a rehabilitation with the help of including of metabolic cоrrection by preparation «cardonat». Experimental modeling of JRA has reveald changes from the side of cardio-vascular system (CVS) in laboratory animals. Dystrophy and disturbance of cardio-vascular system of this experiment testifies to necessity of metabolic correction. Are studied the data of probing of indexes dysplasia of соnnectiv tissue (DCT) at 119 of children with JRA. There was found heightened intensity of DCT is marked. Carrying out of Cholter’s monitoring allowed reveling for use latent disorders of cardiac rhythm and condition in 31,1%, rates of arterial hypertension risk, insufficient degree of night reduction of systolic AP in children with JRA. Laboratory research done allowed to level concentration ТнI and NT proBNP in serum of blood of JRA are revealed. Rates of ТнI and NT proBNP are increased in depend from form of JRA, long current of disease and on degree of DCT. Efficiency of including of metabolic correction by preparation «cardonat» in a standard cours of sanatorium-resot stage of a rehabilitation was showed. Using of suggested on the backrground of sanatorium-resot treatment is conductive to recovery of functional state of cardio-vascular system, which in its turn renders tonic influence on a cardiac muscle, improve vascular tension.
