The work is devoted to substentiation to clinical pathogenetic justification of rational approaches to improvement the eficacy of treatment of patients with peptic duodenal ulcer (PDU) associated with hypertension. A complex of clinical, instrumental and laboratory research has been performed ((biochemical, immunological, immunoenzyme, radioimmune, clinical and functional tests of vascular-platelet hemostasis, investigation of microcirculation and microcirculatory bed, fibrogastroscopic with multiple biopsy and histologic biopsy samples survey, ultrasound, helicobacterial infection diagnostics). It has been defined the features antiendotoxic capacity of blood, the character of metabolic changes, immune indices, indicators of antiendotoxyc immunity, microvasculary changes and the functional state of vascular thrombocytic level of primary hemostasis. Found out the relationship between indicators of activation of lipid peroxidation, lipoxygenase link activated arachidonic acid metabolism, indicators of humoral immunity and antiendotoxic immunity, indicators of microvascular and microcirculation endothelial function. It has been grounded the advisability.of pathogenic treatment of patients with PDU in combination with hypertension combinations atoxil and quercetin, it has been shown its effeciveness in correction correction of homeostatic system and restoration of their functional state.
