Gavrilov E. Peculiarities of Legal Regulation of Employment Relations

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of the Ukrainian population employment. The research focuses on determination of the place of institution of employment in the subject of labour law; theoretical analysis of such categories as "labour market", "job", "employment". There is an exigency of drawing-up and adopting a legislative draft "On nongovernmental employment agencies", which should determine legal mechanism of regulation the activity of private employment agencies as nongovernmental participants of service market, searching and selecting candidates on vacancies and assisting citizens in their employment.
