Paper is devoted to the analysis of modern problems of realization of protective function of labour law in the aspect of social partnership at the enterprise. The basic stages of history development of the legal adjusting in the field of labour, and also modern tendencies of legal influence of the labour relations in the aspect of the development of social partnership at the enterprise are investigated in this thesis research. In the conditions of market relations the essence and the value of protective function of labour law are exposed as the special function of a particular branch. Such aspects as modern priorities of protective function of labour law within the framework of separate institutes of labour law.
