Essay

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of legal regulation of passing service by females in the Ukrainian police. The research focuses on historical prerequisites for women's labour, particularly in law enforcement sphere. Relations concerning the process of passing service by female police officers were studied as a part of labour law subject. Rules of international and national legislation regulating women's labour were analyzed. There were examined the problems of gender equality in the police, drawing of employment contracts with female police officers and peculiar regulation of their labour.
