Object of research: processes of functioning of control the system by the financial capital of enterprise. Purpose of research: development of complex of mechanisms and methods of increase of efficiency of functioning of control the system by a financial capital is enterprises, directed on providing of long-term economic development of management subject. Methods of research: theory of management enterprises, analysis of the systems, economical and mathematical design, modern information technologies and methods in the process of making a decision. Results: international and domestic practice of management the financial resources of enterprise is analysed; the features of realization of instrumental vehicle of financial management of enterprises of Ukraine are exposed; conception of effective management the financial capital of enterprise is developed and essence of category is specified "financial capital"; the method of management an enterprise is grounded on the base of measure of the added value of his financial capital; the making elements of model of estimation and management potential of financial capital of enterprise are certain within the framework of operation-financial activity; the features of management the financial streams of enterprise are certain within the framework of innovative activity; a structure is offered and certain requirement to the mechanism of the financial monitoring of activity of enterprise; the organizationally-economic aspects of realization of mechanisms and methods of management the financial capital of domestic enterprises are grounded; the estimation of efficiency of realization of complex of mechanisms and methods of effective management the financial capital of enterprise is conducted on the base of "Kharcizskiy pipe factory" (Kharcizsk).
