The object are compacted soils, overburden rocks and its mixtures as material of artificial bases; the aims is evaluation of compacted soils heterogeneity of artificial bases; the methods are theory of experiment planning, standard and modification Proctors' tests, laboratory and field tests of soils, statistic and probability theory, imitation simulation, methods of ultimate elements; the new approach lies in evaluation of compacted soils heterogeneity of artificial bases for improving the methodology of deformation design of cushions by considering of determination distribution laws of random values of compacted soils physical and mechanical characteristics; the main it is included the recommendations to codes, utilized more industrial waste, got economical effect, improved the methodology of geotechnical controlling of compaction quality; all this thesis has been developed by some structures; the field is building.
