Essay

The research highlight, summarizes scientific basics of foundation and use of personnel of agrarian enterprises and determines the major factors of its productivity. Methods of recerch of the process of reproduction of agrarian enterprises personnel are generalized. The current level and dynamics of labor reproduction parameters in rural settlements and labor productivity at agricultural enterprises are examined. Factors of personnel use efficiency are determined with application of statistic grouping as well as correlation and regression analysis. Perspective parameters of providing agrarian enterprises with personnel are outlined. Recommendation on how to improve the process of foundation and use of personnel are developed.
