Research object. Process of forming of the system of government control of crisis processes in the conditions of economic instability. Research purpose. A ground is scientific methodical bases and practical recommendations from perfection of the system of government control of crisis processes and development of innovative mechanism of government control of the crisis phenomena. Research methods. Methods of analytical, historical, comparative analysis; method of analysis of the systems; method of statistical analysis; method of financially-economic analysis; method of factor analysis; design method; graphic methods. The scientific value of research results consists in development of theoretical and methodological positions from the improvement of mechanism of government control of crisis processes in the conditions of instability of economic environment. Practical value of the got results. The positions and conclusions considered and formulated in work can be utillized in activity of organs of legislative and executive power at the improvement of the system of government anti by a crisis control.
