Essay

The work is devoted to experimental study of optical and magnetooptical properties of oxide semimagnetic semiconductors (SMS) on the base of ZnO with magnetic components Ме (Mn, Fe, Co, Ni). Single crystals of these oxides were obtained by chemical transport reactions, thin films were grown by laser and ion-plasma deposition and nanocrystals were synthesized be colloidal chemistry method.Проведенный анализ полученных Х-лучевых дифрактограмм кристаллов и пленок тройных Zn1-xMеxO и четверных Zn1-x-yMex MyO (M - Fe, Sn, Li) оксидов с х, у =< 0,1 свидетельствует о замещении атомами Me и M атомов Zn в вюртцитной кристаллической решетке ZnO и об отсутствии вторинных фаз.
