Diachuk V. The use of the special knowledges at investigation of road traffic accidents

This thesis is a comprehensive scientific research institute of expertise in investigating the traffic offenses, the essence of the concept of "special vehicular knowledge" used in the investigation of accidents. The basic theoretical and practical aspects of using special forms of vehicular knowledge and ways of their further development, the main directions of improvement of expertise in investigating the traffic offenses and developing recommendations for the criminalistics optimal use of vehicular special knowledge of the investigative actions fixing their progress and results while investigating the traffic offenses. The features and purpose of certain kinds of forensic expertise in the investigation of accidents are analyzed, possibilities of modern forensic vehicular expertise. On the basis of the practice of investigating the interaction with members of the Service Ministry of Interior of Ukraine in that category of crimes formulate proposals for amendments to the draft CPC of Ukraine № 1233, as well as regulations governing the activities of the organization and conduct forensic examinations.
