Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to creation of block grain dryer, working out of methods of it calculation. Analytical and experimental researches have confirmed, that block grain dryer pro-vides ecologically pure drying of grain, low power inputs. The design of block grain dryer, the mechanic is investigated at flow grain of ther-mosiphon; fields of speeds, braking degree of grain layer are defined. The overall performance of inclined thermosiphons is proved and confirmed. The corner of an inclination of heat-transfer pipes 60 ° guarantees effective hashing of a grain layer and increase heat emission to a grain stream.
