Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the research of the theoretical and legal aspects of the norms of law interpretation. In order to analyze this notion the author has used the theoretical researches of domestic and foreign law theorists, the papers of the acknowledged authoritative scientists both of nowadays and past. The thesis deals with the analysis of the principles and rules of international law norms interpretation. The author has defined new theoretical provisions, has specified the content of certain concepts and has proposed a number of conclusions concerning the conception, the essence and the functional directedness of the norms of law interpretation.
