Zhuravka O. Scientific-methodical basis of strategic development of the Ukrainian insurance market

The scientific research generalizes the methodological and methodical ap-proaches, concerning the disclosure of economic essence of the category "insurance market", its' functions, principles and classification. The links between the insurance market and other elements of financial system are proved; the subject-object structure of the Ukrainian insurance market is made. The foreign experience of insurance market state regulation with the purpose of its' possible implementation in Ukraine is analyzed. The dynamic analysis of the Ukrainian insurance market structure and its' indices is conducted; the impact of foreign capital on the national insurance market development is determined. The activity of intermediaries at the Ukrainian insurance market is investigated. The general index of the national insurance market financial safety is calculated, its' ranging and dynamics are analyzed. The problems of Ukrainian insurance market investment potential formation are investigated; the strategic directions of the national insurance market development are determined.
