Khaletskyy I. Palliative treatment of unresectable pancreatic cancer complicated by obstructive jaundice.

Object of research - the direct and remote results, and also quality of a patient's life at the noresectable cancer of a pancreas complicated by a mechanical jaundice. A research objective - to develop a complex of the actions directed on improvement of direct results and quality of patient's life at the noresectable cancer of a pancreas complicated by a mechanical jaundice. Research methods - general clinical, laboratory, endoscopic, radiological, ultrasonic, a computer tomography, statistical. Novelty - the new method of formation choledochoduodenoanastomosis is developed, allowing to improve direct results of treatment of patients with the noresectable cancer of a pancreas complicated by a mechanical jaundice because reduction of duration of surgical intervention and reliability increase biliodigestiv fistulas, and also to improve quality of a life without deterioration of the remote results of treatment. Results - developed, injected and become customary method on detailed studying of anatomo-physiological mutual relations of surgical treatment of the advanced cancer of the pancreas complicated by a mechanical jaundice, combined with chemoradial therapy is developed and introduced in practice of medical institutions. It is introduced in practice "the Donetsk regional antineoplastic centre", the City interdistrict oncological clinic of of Mariupol, "the City oncological clinic of of Gorlovka".
