Kotova A. Method of definition of structural characteristics of access lines

Dissertational work is devoted the decision of a problem of increase of efficiency of designing of perspective networks of access and granting to users of a wide spectrum infocommunications services in a countryside. The task in view decision allows to reveal economic variants of the organization of a network of the access, one of which is use as a basis for its construction of an existing user's network. The researches spent in work, allow to reveal those structural characteristics of the existing user's lines which size defines possibility of transfer of the digital information on an analogue network and to estimate suitability of the equipment xDSL on rural networks. Great volume of the processed statistical data allows to estimate structure and a technical condition of an existing user's network of Ukraine, and the used methods of processing of statistics to define possibility of distribution of the received results on rural administrative areas of service which did not participate in research. The developed method of calculation of structural characteristics of lines of access for perspective networks of access in a countryside allows to define the most favourable, from the point of view of minimization of expenses, an ar-rangement and throughput of knot of access, length and throughput of lines of access on transport and local segments, considering an existing configuration of served territory. The offered method considers as existing principles of the organization of the user's lines, providing access only to a telephone system of the general using, and possible variants of connection to other base networks.
