Dissertation is devoted to deals with the improvement of methods of analysis infocommunication networks (INCN). The method of calculating the delay of passing information through INCN that minimizes delay for various parameters that determine the characteristics and structure of the network. The method of forming and signal processing with modulation fazoriznytsevoyu k-th order for the technology LTE. Studied noise immunity QAM (Quadrature amplitude modulation) and PSK (Phase Shift Keying) by determining the minimum distance between possible states of signal and the recommendation on the choice of the multiplicity of channels for different modulation INCN. The analysis methods for building INCN on which the recommendation for the optimal planning.
