Objekt of study: state social security is in the conditions of market transformations to Ukraine. Purpose: to ground the theoretical and applied aspects of motion of financial resources of state social security in Ukraine. Methods: dialectical, deductions, extrapolations, groupings, comparisons, statistical receptions of middle and relative sizes, plural correlation, ekonomics mathematical design. Results: first grounded complex fitting of balansed of financial resources of state social security; the system of evaluation of motion of financial resources of state social security is improved; purchased subsequent development of interpretation of concepts of internal and external financial resources of state social security. Use: it is inculcated in practical activity PFU in t. Ternopil. A sphere is social security.
