Cherechon O. The use of agricultural lands in the suburban zone of Lviv city.

Theoretical and methodological foundations for the improvement of the use of agricultural lands in the suburban zone have been studied and scientific, methodology and practical recommendations have been grounded in the Dissertation Thesis. Specific tendencies for dynamics and distribution of lands in the suburban zone have been established. The internal peculiarities of agricultural enterprises land di-mensions including farms as well as intensity of land use and other determining factors have been detected. Proposals on the improvement of land lease relations on agricultural lands have been substantiated. The system of measures for rational use of lands in suburban zone under the conditions of sustainable economic development has been worked out. The variety of methods for the expert assessment of lands in suburban zone with the consideration of the remoteness from the city, business attractiveness and costs on land restoration have been improved.
