The theses research is directed to the development of theoretic methodological approaches and elaboration of practical recommendations as for the forming of the effective control system in strategic development of agricultural enterprises management. In the work theoretical and methodological ground of forming the effective system of management in the strategic development of agricultural enterprises context are generalised. The methodological model of forming control as system, aimed at types and kinds of management, types of management solutions, existing periods of organisations, development strategies are worked out. The peculiarities of control functions in management of enterprises strategic development are revealed, the methodology of adaptive control system of forming is developed. The assessment is given to the strategy and tactics of modern management in the context of fulfilling of the transforming processes, as well as to the status and tendencies of control system development in enterprise management.The methodological approaches to the effectiveness of control assessment in management system are devised. The classification of principles of controlling terms and ways of their demands realization is grounded. The methodological model of control system development, concerning the transformation of management functions and factors, characterizing peculiarities of management is proved. Conceptual means of control system development in the context of strategy changes are validated. The methodological approaches as for the adaptive developing control system forming in management are based.
