Essay

The dissertation is devoted problems of a legal status of physical persons as subjects of the agrarian law, participants agrarian legal relations. Definition of concepts is induced "subjects of the agrarian law", "physical persons as subjects of the agrarian law", "the peasant". That other features agrarian legal ability members of the agricultural enterprises (agricultural co-operatives, farms, the collective agricultural enterprises) and their hired workers, peasants, and also founders, participants (shareholders) of the agrarian enterprises of corporate type and private agrarian businessmen are opened.l A number of offers on improvement of regulation of a legal status of physical persons as subjects of the agrarian right and participants agrarian legal relations is proved.
