The thesis focuses on working out the theoretical and methodical and practical recommendations on implementing the logistic approach in the arrangement of logistical support at metallurgical works. The research considers it to be optimal to use the methods of arranging logistical support on the grounds of logistics. It is determined that the volume of product offering substantially depends on the scientific arrangement of material and informational flows control. It is found out that material supplies must go into the logistic system and be used for real and necessary needs in it. It is particularly important in terms of the economic crisis when logistics becomes one of the instruments for antirecessionary control.
