The features of the process of pricing in competetive environment conditions are determined. The methodical approach of competetive environment borders determination is improved. The methodical approach of the price policy choice for a machine-building enterprise which based on portfolio analysis and price elasticity of demand is worked out. The methodical approach of price strategy choice taking into account competetive position of enterprise is improved. The competetive pricing method is improved. It bases on parametrical product quality index and takes into account enterprise market force on the market.
