The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of competitiveness of metallurgical enterprises. The theoretical model of forming of the control system by the competitiveness of metallurgical enterprise. Ground methodical approach to forming of strategy of increase of competitiveness of enterprises of metallurgical complex. Measures are offered on activation of process of management by the competitive edges of metallurgical enterprise by development of organizationally-economic mechanism of management by the competitiveness of products through creation of bureau of management by a competitiveness.
