Dissertation is dedicated to researching of issues of the day in a criminal law guard-security of circulation of documents. The concept of document, official paper and circulation of documents are considered and analyzed. The historically-legal analysis of development of legislation is conducted, that foresaw the responsibility for violations in the field of circulation of documents. The comparative analysis of foreign criminal statute is conducted about the criminal-law guard-security of circulation of documents. Principles and terms of criminalization of acts are investigated in the field of circulation of documents.
