Essay

Research results of regional fauna of amphibian and reptile of West Podolia are given in thesis that gives the opportunity to establish current species composition, population numbers, its spread and some ecological and phenological species peculiarities of this area. The main results consider to be: changes of species composition; index peculiarities of amphibian and reptile species numbers; data of green toad hybridization; and also data about geographical expansion of species; range boundaries of the investigated area.
