Redina Y. Development of economic mechanism of vessel's registration in Ukraine

The object is the process of development and improvement of the regulatory mechanism of the Merchant Shipping in Ukraine. The aim is the development of the economic foundations of the mechanism for registration of ships of Ukraine, improvement of methodological foundations and the scientific basis of tasks to determine the objectives, principles, priorities and key activities that will meet modern requirements and the economic opportunities of the state. The methods are the analysis-synthesis of results and retrospective (studying the conditions of vessel's registration), logical-analytical (the transformation of the state's role in the development and implementation of maritime policy), the statistical data processing, scientific abstraction (introduction and disclosure of terms and definitions). Theoretical and practical results - theoretical and methodological regulations of improvement of the economic mechanism of vessel's registration in Ukraine, methodical and practical recommendations on implementation and practical application of the regulatory mechanism for merchant shipping. The degree of implementation - in the educational process of ONMU, in scientific research of IPREEI NAN of Ukraine. Field of application - economy and management of national economy, higher education.
