Roshchina N. Organizational and economical bases of the management of seaports innovative development processes

The object is innovative development of seaports. The objective is the elaboration of organizational and economic foundations of seaports innovation development. The methods are: analogy, system analysis, analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: methods of innovative processes organization; justification of innovations pre- selection in the ports, practical recommendations concerning the creation of port's innovative development department and introduction the manager of innovation position to the port's structure; the comprehensive approach to innovation activities monitoring in the port. New results: the matrix of activity attractiveness assessment was developed for the first time. The matrix depends on the cost and the effect of innovative activities implementation. For the first time proved the differentiation of monitoring parameters of innovative development for the port's direct and indirect environment influence. The degree of implementation - Illichivsk trade seaport, "UkrNIIMF", Odessa National Maritime University, Research Institute of fundamental and applied research of Odessa National Maritime University.
