The object of study is the processes for the implementation of investment and innovation strategies that take place at the micro level in the real economy in terms of transformation of economy of Ukraine. The aim is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of micro-level investment and innovation strategies and organizational-economic mechanism for their implementation in the transition period. Methods - classification, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, organizational and economic modeling, system approach, expert assessments and statistical processing of information, comparative analysis and expert forecasting, matrix-structured method, Delphi, morphological analysis and spanning tree. Theoretical and practical results - theoretical and methodological basis and the formation of modern Ukrainian conditions of investment and innovation strategies at the micro level and a mechanism for their implementation aimed at enhancing development and market promotion of scientific and technological innovation.
