Clinical and psychopathological, personality and social patterns among women with anxious-depression disorders comorbidity with alcohol dependents were investigated. (220 persons). The patterns inherent for this comorbidity were identified. The diagnostic criteria on the basis of which developed and tasted the algorithm of diagnosis were developed. Developed and tested scheme of complex treatment that includes psychotherapeutically and psychopharmacoterapeutically methods.
