Dissertation contains new solution of scientific goal - treatment methods improvement for patients with Herpes virus affection of Nervous System with dependency on therapy scheme; determination of immune deviations which are typical for the different forms of Herpetic Etiology Nervous System Disorders. Peculiarities of clinical course, Interferon Status and Immune Status of patients with Herpes virus affections of nervous System were studied. Optimum schemes for pharmacological correction were elaborated. Therapeutic effectiveness of new antiviral drug Lectivir is proven. Typical immune deviations for the different clinical forms of Herpes virus Etiology Nervous System Disorders were revealed at first.
