Kovalyuk A. Financial regulation of the commercial bank restructuring in Ukraine.

In the dissertation the nature and characteristics of banking crisis has been outlined, the author’s determination of the term bank restructuring has been defined and divided into: financial, corporative, managerial and production. The conceptual scheme of the financial regulation of the bank restructuring in Ukraine has been developed. Evaluation of the financial-juridical regulation of the bank restructuring has been given. Financial risks have been classified and divided into reformative risks and restructuring risks. The methods of the bank restructuring in Ukraine were grouped and classified. The tendencies of the restructuring processes efficiency in Ukraine have been highlighted and grouped.
