Koba N. Knowledge management at the designing organizations of gas industry of Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to resolving problems of knowledge management at the designing organizations of gas industry of Ukraine. The theoretical issues of social and economic essence of knowledge have been studied. The role of intellectual capital in value added creation has been defined. On a basis of the scientific approaches the knowledge management conceptual positions in the organization has been proposed. The factors that influence on a knowledge management at the designing organizations of gas industry of Ukraine have been estimated. The scientific-methodical approach concerning formation of knowledge management strategy and its realization in the organization has been improved. The recommendations to defining of economic efficiency of knowledge management in the organizations have been developed.
