Object - dry build mixture on the basis of cement with chemically active addition for a heat-insulation plaster with lowered vapor permeability; purpose - development of composition and research of properties of a dry build mixture on the basis of sintered mountain breeds and cement astringent for providing of effective ventilate heat-insulation with lowered vapor permeability; methods - analytical, numeral and experimental; novelty - dependence thermophysical properties is set pearlite and cement heat-insulation plaster from electro-superficial properties of its components, developed pictures ventileness and steam-tightness through thin capillaries; results - technological regulation is developed and experimental-industrial party of heat-insulation plaster which was used for repair of two dwelling-houses in Kharkov; the sphere of use - at planning, building and reconstruction of dwellings and industrial houses and buildings.
