Characteristics of fracture toughness EP517-SH depending on temperature, forms of cyclic loading and the sizes of specimens are experimentally investigated. The settlement-experimental method on which critical values of characteristics of fracture toughness of destruction for the different sizes and any stress condition for the first time are received is developed, and also the model of forecasting of the period of growth of cracks till the critical sizes, considering features of mutual influence of fatigue and creep for steel ЭП517-Ш is offered. The results received by these techniques with comprehensible accuracy coincide with results of experiments.
