The thesis is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of endodontic treatment of teeth by developing scheme prevention of complications objective based method for defining risk factors and their experimental study of the most effective algorithm for improving irrigation and method of three dimensional obturation of the root system. The performed statistical analysis of clinical and radiological specific opinion has allowed studies to highlight the most important prognostic features of the risk of complications during endodontic treatment of teeth and assess their prognostic factors. On the basis of this prevention scheme of complications was developed.
