Grabko M. Quality management of machine-building enterprises activity

The object of the research is a process of maintenance of quality of activity of the machine-building enterprises. The purpose of work consists in development of conceptual positions and systems of practical recommendations concerning increase of productivity of activity of the machine-building enterprises on the basis of improvement of quality management of activity. The author uses methods of the analysis and synthesis, the system-structural analysis, grouping, average and relative sizes, comparison, the economic-mathematical analysis and modeling, the correlated and regression analysis and mathematic-statistical, sociological and expert interrogations, indistinct sets, etc. Theoretical value consists in: development of toolkit nonlinear theories of development for modeling a control system by quality at the enterprise that allows to identify scripts of development and types of behavior of the enterprises, to value the determinant factors of productivity of quality management of activity, and also forecasting of productivity of microeconomic development of stage-by-stage processes. Scientific novelty consists in theoretical generalization and the scientifically-applied decision of questions of management of productivity of activity of the machine-building enterprises on the basis of improvement of a control system by quality of activity, and also development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations for increase of productivity of activity of the enterprises. The subject of the research is features, laws and mechanisms of quality management of activity of the machine-building enterprises with the purpose of maintenance of productivity of their activity. Recommendations of the author are used for approaches to typification of the enterprises on the basis of criterion of productivity of quality management of activity and corresponding strategy of development by development of programs of development and realization of actions on the state support of the domestic machine-building enterprises. The sphere of the use of author's recommendations is the enterprises of a domestic machine-building complex.
