Essay

The object of the research is the migration processes in Ukraine. The purpose of the research is theoretical and practical argumentation of scientific and methodical bases of improvement of the mechanisms of state management of migration processes and working out practical recommendations as to improvement of the state regulation of migration. Methods of the research are content analysis, synthesis, analysis, and modeling. Practical meaning of the results of the research consists in the ability to be used in further scientific development of the indicated problem, specification of the targets of the state migration policy and control of the state migration strategy realization, which is based on adaptation of the modern methodical tools of strategic management (SWOT-analysis methodology and BSC model) to the state management peculiarities of the migration processes; the term "the state migration strategy" is defined. Methodical approaches to the analysis of the migration flows as object of the state management, determination of the functions and organizational structure of the bodies of the state management of the migration processes, content characteristic of the notion "managed migration", methodical approaches to analytical argumentation of the state migration strategy are improved. Further development is given to the ways of improvement of organizational and legal basis of migration processes management considering actual tasks of the state management in this sphere at the current stage of Ukraine's development; conceptual principles of the management of the labor migration of Ukrainians which can be used to form national and regional programs of migration management.
