The thesis explores the problem of ethical dimensions of political discourse in the communicative process of formulating axiological principles of institutionalization of political structures. There has been elaborated a concept of non-violence in politics and defines political authority as a symbolically generalized mediation means of communicative discourse of publicity. The author suggests a model of transforming public discourse of social problems into politics.
