Кlimenko O. Peculiarities of state of health and preventive maintenance of respiratory diseases in children of the early age deprived parents' care.

The dissertation is devoted to questions of improvement of efficiency of preventive maintenance of a respiratory case rate among children of early age deprived parents' care, based on complex studying of their state of health, immune and interferone status. Factors influencing on state of health of children of early age, deprived parents' care are taped, dynamics of physical and psychological development, features of resistance during all periods of the early childhood are studied. Features of the immune status and condition of non-specific resistance are taped (phagocytosis systems, interferone status) in children deprived parental care during the different periods of the early childhood, exogenous and internal causes which influence them are studied. Efficiency of application of preparation "Anaferon children's" in a complex of rehabilitational actions in children of early age deprived parental care is studied and clinico-immunological, prognostic criteria of preventive efficiency of "Anaferon" are taped.
