Essay

Object – the adhesive phenomena on border rubber - a reinforcing material. Purpose - creations of rubbers with high adhesion to brass plated metal or impregnated textile cord at the expense of use of promoters of adhesion on a basis a carboxyl contained polyguanidines. Method - IR - and UF - spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, coulostatic a method, electrometric titration; standard methods of research of rubbers. For the first time it is synthesized carboxyl contained polyguanidines and it is investigated as promotors of adhesion of rubbers to brass plated metal and to the impregnated textile cord. The promoting activity of polyguanidines was enhanced by insertion of carboxyl groups in their composition (15-60% for brass-plated metal cord and 15-20% for impregnated textile cord). It is developed structure of rubber mixes with use of promotors of adhesion on a basis a carboxyl contained polyguanidines which have the improved the raised level of adhesion to brass plated metal and textile cords, increased resistance to thermal aging and dynamic exhaustion and the low cost price.
