Essay

A set of problems concerning harmonization of legislation of Ukraine with the international standards in relation to establishment of responsibility for crimes in the field of computer information is considered in this dissertation. Ukrainian and international experience of development of criminal and legal instruments for counteraction to such crimes is researched. Characteristics of crimes, envisaged by the articles 361-3631 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, are carried out. Norms of legislations of the foreign states in this field are analyzed.
