The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical development and management proposals for the intensification of agricultural enterprises. The theoretical development and foreign researchers in the nature of sustainable development and enterprise development. The methodical approach in evaluating the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises, proved the concept of sustainable development. An assessment of the agricultural enterprises of Rivne region and their development trends. The ways of management mechanisms, activation of the farms, algorithm innovation and investment development of agriculture, which defines the stages of innovation and investment policy for the company determines opportunities and implementing strategic plans for the company.
