3. Work is dedicated to the improvement of diagnostics of vibration disease on a background of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) on the basis of clinical course, state of connective tissue, immune status, cytokine balance, content of minerals study and use of neuron network construction method to obtained results. On investigation of 118 patients with vibration disease including 66 with accompanying COPD an escalation of main disease clinical manifestation in patients with combined pathology was determined. High activity of metabolic processes is revealed in connecting tissue of the inspected persons, which proves its pathogenesis role in vibration disease development. More powerful collagen synthesis took place on an accompanying COPD. The presence of the secondary dysregulate state of the immune system is found out at vibration pathology, that deepened with joining of COPD. Established changes of cytokine balance including increase of proinflammatory TNF-? but decrease antiinflammatory IL - 10. Changes of calcium-magnesium-phosphorus metabolism and copper were shown.
