The dissertation is devoted to improving the effectiveness of the treatment and prevention of multiple dental caries in adolescents through the development of therapeutic and preventive measures based on objectified risk assessment of its development. For the first time, based on statistical analysis identified 11 local and 10 common risk factors for multiple dental caries in adolescents and determined the prognostic significance of each. Based on these results, a method for comprehensive primary prevention of multiple dental caries in adolescents, the high efficiency of which was confirmed by experimental and clinical studies.
