Essay

The thesis is devoted to improvement of treatment of chronic mechanical injury of the mucous membrane of the mouth based on study of immune and endocrine dysfunction and the development of reasonable correction of mal-function intreatment. The inspection of 112 patients with chronic mechanical trauma of oral mucosa was condacted. The most common were chronic mechanical erythema, erosion, ulcer and dekubitalna leukoplakia. On the basis of clinical, immunological, endocrinological, and cytological studies method of combined treatment of chronic mechanical injury of the mucous membrane of the mouth was developed, which, together with local therapy consisted of a purposeful correction of immune and endocrine dysfunction. High efficiency of the proposed technique is confirmed by experimental results and clinical and laboratory research in the coming term and long-term observation.
