Essay

Dissertation is devoted to discovering the mechanisms of the secretory-motor disorders in the background accompanying chronic inflammation in patients with duodenal ulcer with concomitant iron deficiency anemia. In the course of the studies it was found that during exacerbation of disease, as in the first group of patients with concomitant iron deficiency anemia, and in the second combined pathology without a significant increase gastrin-17 and TBK-product of active, violations of regional blood flow and motor disorder evacuational digestive functions that are connected in close correlation relationship, especially in patients with the concomitant iron deficiency anemia. Peculiarities of formation ulcer pathogenetic factors in patients with Hp-associated DU with concomitant iron deficiency anemia are discovered. Found that in patients with DU in violation of humoral link that accompanied by the increased emission of gastrin, leading to the balance between aggression and factors in gastroduodenal protection zone, creating, thus, were marked for optimal conditions for the formation of ulcers. It is proved that the inclusion of the drug melatonin - the standard scheme melaksen antihelibacteric therapy of patients with Hp-associated DU, including with concomitant iron deficiency anemia, leads not only to the eradication, but also to accelerate the clinical remission, more complete correction in the spectrum of tests that were studied and to improve hemoglobin, erythrocyte, colur index in patients DU with concomitant iron deficiency anemia.
