Dissertation work has results of theoretical generalization and decision of scientific task about determination of risk factors in development of recurrent bronchitis and substantiation of treatment for children, with recurrent bronchitis during remission period. 142 children 2 till 6 years old with recurrent bronchitis in the remission period were observed. 44 healthy child of analogical age were a control group. New data about features of forming recurrent bronchitis were got in the results of investigation. They are disorders of immune system (cells immune state, gumoral immune state and cytokine state), inflammatory reaction with decrease local immunity during remission period. Character of correlation relations was indicated between clinical course of recurrent bronchitis in remission period, immune status and morpho-cytological state of bronchial tubes mucus membrane. Expedience is grounded and the differential including criteria are certain to the rehabilitation complex measures of immunomodulation preparations, with flavozid. It is well-proven that setting of the offered combined rehabilitation treatment is instrumental in normalization of indexes of the immune system and diminishing of frequency and duration of sharpening of recurrent bronchitis for the inspected children.
