Yakymenko E. Optimization of treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis in combination with erosive and ulcer injuries of gastroduodenal zone on the background of atherosclerosis of abdominal aorta and mesenteric arteries

The object of the research is nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and gastroduodenal erosion and ulcer in the presence of atherosclerosis of abdominal aorta and mesenteric arteries. The goal is to optimize efficiency and life quality of patients with combination of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and gastroduodenal erosion and ulcer with chronic ischemic illness of digestion system. Methods - clinical, biochemical, immunoenzyme, instrumental, medical-social, statistical. Novelty is presented as identification of the clinical features and lipometabolism changes, liver function changes, abdominal aorta and its branches circulation state; the complex administration of rabeloc, hepadif and tivortin was developed and implemented in practice with proven effectiveness at such combined pathology. The observed data were introduced into practice of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Union, Regional Hospital of invalids of Great Patriotic War (Chernovcy), Lugansk Regional Clinical Hospital, Republican Clinical Hospital named after Semashko (Simferopol), City Clinical Hospital №7 (Simferopol), Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Lugansk and Crimean Medical Universities, Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy (Poltava).
