The investigations object - the alloys and coatings based on NiAl-Re system for details protection of high temperature oxidation. The purpose of the work is the increase of alloys and coatings based on NiAl-Re technical properties under the action of magnetic field, the pattern establishment of structural transformation in materials and improvement the NiAl-Re coatings behavior in the high temperature oxidation condition at the expense of the magnetic treatment. The investigation methods - X-ray investigations, electronic microscopy, the mechanical Davidenkov's method, the Fourier-analysis. The magnetic fields influence on the structure and mechanical properties of NiAl-Re-based intermetallide materials was investigated. The influence of magnetic field and the magnetic-abrasive treatment on high-temperature oxidation behavior of NiAl-Re sprayed coatings was investigated. The primary ways of their functional property extension are determined. The heat-resistant coating for high-temperature oxidation protection of details was developed. Certification tests, carried out on Makarov "Yuzhmash" showed that developed coating had improved properties and recommended for further tests in industrial conditions.
